As a fitness community, we can encourage, inspire, uplift and empower each other to live out their very best life through our various programs. Dawnylle Kohl, owner of Genesis Fitness brings a passion for uplifting, encouraging, and motivating each individual client who walks through our doors.     

Our fitness center is centered around small group training, personal training, high-intensity cardio, spinning classes, yoga, lifestyle nutrition and performance programs for our athletes. Each day is a new beginning at Genesis Fitness, to start fresh and not look back at yesterday. We want each of our clients to push themselves so that each day they become a stronger person mentally, physically and spiritually.  We have learned through physical activity and being part of an active community our well-being, including mental health, spiritual health, and body have become stronger and ready to deal with life on a daily basis.
